Service Description
What is included: Session Duration: 2 Hours of photo shooting (perfect for up to two outfit changes). Photography: 150–250 Edited photos (delivered within 30 days). Note: The final photo count can vary slightly depending on the shooting location, time spent on outfit changes, and weather. Pre-Shoot Consultation: A 30 to 45-minute consultation (online or in-person) to discuss their vision, outfits, timing, and ideal locations. Equipment: All necessary photography and videography equipment is included (cameras, action cameras, lighting, etc.) depending on the creative vision. Drone Footage: Included at no additional cost! I hold the proper commercial drone certifications, and flights are conducted in compliance with Transport Canada regulations (dependent on airspace rules at the chosen location). Delivery: An online photo gallery and an online ZIP file archive link to download the high-resolution digitals. Both links will remain active for 1 year.
Cancellation Policy
If for any reason the client cancels this agreement before the wedding date, “5 RIVER FLO STUDIOS LTD.” will keep the deposit and other monies paid. Cancellation must be made in writing, signed by the contracted party, and sent via certified mail or email. If a client fails to supply written cancellation as specified before the wedding date or cancels within 30 days of the event date, the client shall be required to pay 25% of the final package. If the client(s) reschedule the event and “5 RIVER FLO STUDIOS LTD.” can rebook the original event date, “5 RIVER FLO STUDIOS LTD.” will amend the event date in this contract and client(s) will receive credit for all monies paid up to the date client(s) requests the event be rescheduled. If the client(s) reschedules the event, and “5 RIVER FLO STUDIOS LTD.” is NOT able to rebook the original event date, “5 RIVER FLO STUDIOS LTD.” will amend the event date in this contract and client(s) will forfeit the Reservation deposit but receive credit for all other monies paid up to the date client(s) requests the event rescheduled. 25% deposit on date of reservation (to reserve event dates) – 50% 2 weeks before first event - 25% at delivery of the photos or videos, if booking only photo or video, 25% is needed at time of delivery. Upon your signature, “5 RIVER FLO STUDIOS LTD.” will reserve the time and date agreed upon and will not make other reservations for that time and date. For this reason, the reservation deposit is nonrefundable. The deposit is applied towards the contracted package total.
